Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

This puzzle was made for Scojo's annual imposter prompt. The goal was to set a puzzle in another setter's style and I had the honour of attempting to mimic palpot! I was mostly trying to make a 3rd successor to palpot's Interchangeable, but I also noticed that palpot had set a number of Dutch Flat Mate puzzles, so I used that to complement the modular lines. It was great preparing for the challenge, and I hope I was able to do justice to palpot's style. I hope you enjoy!

Rules

Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 to 9 in each Row, Column, and 3X3 box.

Dutch Flats: Every 5 in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.

Modular lines: Any set of three sequential cells along a teal modular line contains one digit from (1,4,7), (2,5,8), and (3,6,9).

Meta Renban: The digits along each line must sum to a unique number, and the sums of these lines must form a set of consecutive numbers.
