Entropy. Each 2x2 box in a grid has contain low digit {1,2,3}, middle digit {4,5,6} and high digit {7,8,9}.

Fantastic puzzle! Not sure I want to admit how long it took me to figure out how to get going though. :)

The break-in was nice with some fun deductions, and the rest of the puzzle was very smooth but not trivial.

The break-in was a bit tricky for me to find, but flowed really smoothly once I finally got going!
