Quadruples: Each digit in a circle is contained in at least one of the four surrounding cells.

fairly easy if you recognize 2 things:
1) there are 2 given 9s.
2) 2 is not equal to 3

Well all that proved to me is - Im not very good at quad clues.
Guess I know where to do some target practice every deduction was simple enough, it just took me time to see it.

Even though it is a very familiar ruleset, it felt like a fresh take on quads, I really liked the "theme" of it! Super fun puzzle!
