Whispers (9x9): Digits which are adjacent on a green line must differ by at least 5.

at first glance, those short lines appear useless, so this will be extremely hard.
however, RIGOROUS application of the basic gw procedures, and basic sudoku, is all you need.
IMPORTANT: in almost all cases, ONLY colour where you KNOW the high/low polarity.
therefore, it's still level 1
