Digits cannot repeat within a blue shaded area.
Lines are palindromes. Digits must read the same from both ends of a palindrome. Different color lines are different palindromes
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio

Very neat puzzle, though I don't know about the intended clever break-in. I just colored it then drew a line in MS Paint through consecutive colors, it's trivial after that
RailMan: Thanks for solving it. It is designed to be fairly easy. There is a hidden geometry trick in the puzzle but you can solve it in many different ways without needing it.
