Whisper to You

I've always wanted to add more flexibility to some standard variants, like the allowed difference on a whisper line. I'm glad I finally did it. As for the difficulty, I'd rate it around 2.5*. It takes some deduction to get started, but after that, it should go smooth. Happy solving and any feedback is very much appreciated.
Rules
- Normal Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 in each row, column, and 3x3 box.
- Kropki Pairs: Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
- Whisper Lines: Adjacent digits along a grey line must differ by at least the number in the circle attached to that line. The circle itself is not considered part of the line. Multiple lines attached to the same circle should be considered separately.

If the circle is in the middle of a line, are the two lines considered separately with the same whisper value or would the two values either side of the circle be considered adjacent?

Thanks for commenting! They are two seperate lines. --DylanRay
