Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 once each in each row, column, and 3x3 box.
-Dutch Whispers: Adjacent digits on an orange line must vary by at least 4.
-Ratio Pairs: Digits in cells joined by a black dot must be in a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
