Skyscraper Yin Yang

This is the second of three Easter egg bonus puzzles that were originally published in the Yin Yang Journey puzzle pack. The bonus puzzles were ones that could have been part of the main pack thematically, but were created after the main pack was mostly finalized.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Yin Yang: Shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected, all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected, and no 2x2 area is fully shaded or fully unshaded.
Shaded skyscrapers: Each shaded cell represents a skyscraper with a height equal to its value (unshaded cells are not skyscrapers). A clue outside the grid gives the number of skyscrapers visible in that row/column from the clue's end, where skyscrapers block the view of skyscrapers with the same or lower height behind them.

Solved one by yttrio after a long time and definitely glad to do that. With just 11 digits that too outside the grid i was skeptical but man, the clues are seems to be perfectly placedand I was astonished how it flows.

Just over 45 minutes of pure fun! The start is tricky, but doable even for a beginner like me, and the rest flows smoothly without falling apart too quickly.

yin-yang puzzles are automatically level 2 AT LEAST, and THIS one uses a unique ruleset for which the principles are unknown, and the "common" secondary rules do not apply, so it's at least level 3.
for less experienced solvers who want to be challenged by a beautiful "hard" yin-yang puzzle, the starting point is to note that a row/col with a skyscraper clue must be either ALL shaded, or mixed colour.
now, if row/col 1 is all shaded, AND the adjacent row/col has AT LEAST 6 shaded cells, you have broken the puzzle.
this allows you to find the 1-colour edges, and that ends the hint.
incidentally, the complexity of this description (and just to get started, mind) - that ALONE shows this cannot be level 2.
