Although this puzzle looks very arithmetic and tough, the 1-whisper makes it a bit manageable. It reaches a high level of creativity. That said, not for the impatient.

Wonderful puzzle, though it made me feel stupid. Seems quite easy to overlook possible arrangements and deductions. Thank you very much for creating and sharing this lovely math puzzle.
