Killer Cages: Digits in cages sum to the number given in the top left of the cage. Cages without a given sum value are all less than 15).

Digits within cages index the position of all 9's in the grid. The first digit index's the Row number, and the second digit index's the Column number. Each 9 is indexed by a single unique cage (e.g, if R4C2 = 3, and R4C3 = 5, then R3C5 = 9).

The positive Diagonal contains the digits 1-9.

Values on an arrow sum to the value in the arrow's circle.

Shaded cells are clones (e.g they contain the same digits in the same positions).
