Pick-up Sticks (Beige)

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
A stick always has a lower total (the sum of its digits) than any stick which lies on top of it.
Digits don't repeat along a beige 'hitline' stick. The digit on a stick's blue circle indicates how many digits match their position number along that stick, starting from the end with the square (which is position 1.)
Eg: a stick reading 79325 would have its 2 circled, as the stick has two digits in their 'correct positions'; 3 is in the 3rd position and 5 is in the 5th position.

Looks impossible, but it works out quite nicely with the interesting hitlines. Humerously I got stuck in a deadly pattern for ~10 minutes at the very end because I had mostly moved past the pickup stick rule.

Made it surprisingly far into the puzzle before remembering that digits cannot repeat on hitlines. An absolute delight as always, Marty!

I love these mikadoku puzzles. This one is as beautiful as the others. I wonder how many line types are left that go with this sticky ruleset. Thanks, Marty

Thank you for this lovely puzzle, Marty! I found it a bit harder than some of the previous editions. But it was great fun to figure out the right questions to ask. :)

Very nice! I loved all the interactions, great addition to the series.
Probably the easiest 1st five digits I had in a while. 2* would be a better indication of the difficulty in my opinion.

I already wondered how this brilliant series can go on. Index lines don’t work, but - yeah! - the new hitlines do, of course! Thank you very much for creating and sharing another beautiful episode.
Marty: hehe thanks Franjo. Yeh you're right, index lines are not really compatible with this ruleset. But I do have quite a few other ideas which should be good. Haven't even done thermos yet!

Mikadoku!
Very nice one! Some lovely Marty-esque deductions needed to solve this. It stays fairly tricky throughout, even after the break-in.
