ARROWS(+)- Numbers on arrows sum to the numbers in the arrow's circle. Numbers do not repeat on arrows. On the cube, Arrows go from all white circles to all adjacent thermo bulbs. Colored lines are to show the different arrows going from different vertices on the cube.
THERMOMETERS- Numbers on thermometers increase from the bulb end. On the cube, Thermos go from all bulbs to all adjacent arrow circles.
KILLER CAGES- Numbers in cages sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage.
KROPKI PAIRS- Numbers with a white dot between them are consecutive. Not all possible dots are given.

I once visited this place, I love Belgium, some nice people there.
The puzzle was a treat, as usual with will power.

Nice and quick 15 min solve. Thank you for sharing. Not sure why it is a 2*. It was more on the easier end of 1* for me!
