1. Normal Sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits on a black Kropki Dot are in a 1:2 ratio. One digit is double the other digit. ALL BLACK DOTS ARE GIVEN
3. Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the circle.
4. Digits in a killer cage sum to total in the top left corner.

I completely forgot about the negative constraint. It didn't slow me down at all, so I guess it wasn't needed.
