Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits followed by an arrow are a sandwich sum in that direction, a sandwich sum is the sum of the digits between 1 and 9/
- For diagonal sandwiches the arrow is looking for the largest possible sandwich from that point (i.e. 12-> 1 2415 9 could be a valid diagonal sandwich sum).

It took almost half an hour to find the break-in. In spite of the huge 'start here sign' :). Lovely puzzle - thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, Sanabas made a more concise puzzle with diagonal sandwich clues if you want something which is a little less rough around the edges :p

The arrow in the grid shows that there is a sandwich sum after that arrow with a sum of the digit in the cell with the arrow.

and that double deadly pattern at the end had me worried until i methodically searched the arrow set.
