Rules
Fill each n-cell region with the digits 1-n so that no digit repeats in a row, column, or region.
Box borders divide the blue line into segments with the same sum.
Along pink lines, digits form a consecutive sequence in any order.

How can R4C1+R5C1=R4C2+R5C1? Doesn't this mean that R4C1 and R4C2 have the same digit or are those 2 different lines?

ND: The lines are divided by box borders. So r4c1, r4c2 and r5c1 is a full segment.
