Two rules today. Global Entropy and Arrows. There was some mixed feedback on difficulty, so I've set it at 3 stars, but you may find it easier than that! Thanks to all the testers. Comments are greatly appreciated and enjoy!
Puzzle: 3 States of Matter
Rules:
Normal 9x9 Sudoku rules apply.
Global Entropy: Each 2x2 area must contain a digit from {1, 2 3}, a digit from {4, 5, 6} and a digit from {7, 8, 9}.
Arrow: Digits on the tail of an arrow must sum to the digit in the bulb.
Lösungscode: Row 7, left to right, 9 digits no spaces:

this will be easy enough for anyone experienced with global entropy procedures. since those procedures can be taught to anyone within 15 min, the difficulty qualifies as 2/5
