Normal sudoku rules apply.
- 5's live in Dutch Flats : All 5's in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
- Downhill : a digit in a cell with an arrow must be larger than all the digits in the direction of the arrow.

Puzzles like this just seem to slowly crack just enough after ~10 minutes of effort and some pencil marking / coloring. Managed 18:34. Very fun puzzle. Really enjoyed it. Excellent setting!

Very nice puzzle. Easier than it looks at first glance. Good flow after the first digits.
