Digits outside the grid are Skyskraper clues, which indicate the number of digits visible in that direction (where higher digits block the view of lower digits).
Teal lines are index lines. On an index line, the digit in the Nth cell along the line (starting from the diamond) indicates the position along the line where the digit N appears.

Very nice! It's interesting how index and skyscraper can sometimes be tricky on their own, but they work so well together. Made for a beautiful, smooth solve.

I had trouble with all constraints at first, because I never thought of skyscrapers and index lines at once. But once I get it - it was delightful!

Already from the setup this looked like a fun one and it sure was.
I love these puzzles where you have tons of places to look for the clues so you never truly feel like you're stuck.
