Anti-Bishop

Repeats ARE allowed in rows and columns. However, if two cells are a chess bishop's move apart, they can't have the same value.
No repeats in a region, like in normal sudoku.

My biggest problem in solving this was trying to remember that Sudoku rules don’t apply.
