The Three Guards

Normal sudoku rules apply.
KROPKI
White dots indicate consecutive digits. Black dots indicate digits in a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
DOOR GUARDS
Each cage is a scroll held by a Guard. A row of digits XYZ on a scroll states that 'Row X Column Y contains the digit Z.' Two Guards always tell the truth, and one Guard always lies (even about Kropki dots!)
To be clear: *every* XYZ clue and Kropki dot in the cage representing the lying guard's scroll makes a false statement.

Definitely a nice puzzle, even with rules that lie. I din't make any horrible mistakes, and I enjoyed it the whole way.
