Blue Lightning

Please note that in the CTC site, part of some lines are covered by circles. I've mentioned this in case of confusion.
Should be quite a bit easier than the previous puzzle I posted. I hope you enjoy!
Rules:
-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Digits on a between-line must a value strictly between the attached circles.
-Each segment of a blue line passing through boxes must have the same sum. The darker blue is to indicate an overlap between region-sum lines and between-lines.

Thanks. I may well have missed some things as I found this very hard. If it's quite a bit easier than the previous puzzle, that strikes fear into my heart lol.
