Huge thanks to Chameleon for teaching me how to set Fog of War puzzle.
1:59 A.M. Into the Woods
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. The grid is covered mostly by fog. Placing correct digits in the grid will clear the fog.
3. Digits in columns 1, 5, and 9 index the column locations of digits 1, 5, and 9, respectively, in each row.
4. Cells separated by a white dot must contain consecutive digits. Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.

While the solve was very enjoyable and smooth, it seemed to me that I had to use a lot of non-obvious knowledge about how these particular variants work. So I think this is a 2 star puzzle.
