Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- In each killer cage, the digits sum to one of four distinct values. No two cages with the same total share an edge. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
Lösungscode: The digits in row 5 and column 9.

Nice one! Now I'll watch Simon's solve on CtC to see how to solve it more efficiently.
Last year I spent several weeks trying to create a puzzle like this in which the cages fill the entire grid. I finally succeeded:

The puzzle was incredibly smooth and enjoyable except the one part where I reset my progress... just before the end. Still managed to get there anyways :P thank you for the puzzle!
