I've solved similar puzzles which use the properties "entropic rows" and "modular columns" of this ruleset, but I've never seen one that exploits the disjointness. Lovely puzzle!
ps: The cell r5c9 doesn't need the even clue.

Awesome puzzle. The logic was really enjoyable. The scanning was a bit hard in the beginning. Definitely cheeky!!
~Well done, and thanks for the kind words!

Awesome Puzzle.
I have set a every column 159
I have set a box 159
I have tried and failed to set a every box 159.
This was really cool, and a great idea to do it with parity.
~ Thanks! I had actually noticed that you'd made a Hot Box 159 and wanted to point the puzzle out to you (and W1DEMAN) but hadn't had the time for it yet.

Only 2 stars difficulty for me, but beautiful logic.
~Thanks Henry! This is one of those puzzles you could easily see through, or don't. A rating will be hugely subjective to experience. Either way, I just wanted to showcase the existence of such a grid and the implication which arises from the ruleset.

I still can't quite believe such a puzzle is possible. As already said, a fascinating - yet approachable - puzzle !
~ I was quite amazed myself! Thanks for solving!
