Split the grid into connected regions, each containing a clue. The top number in a clue gives the number of cells in that region above that clue including the cells to the left and to the right (but still above). Similar for the other clues.
Solution code: The number of cells that belong to the 1-1-5-clue followed by the number of cells that belong to the clue without numbers.
