Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits separated by a Knight's move must be different.
Digits along a thermometer must increase from the bulb end.
Two orthogonally connected cells may not contain consecutive digits.
Cells containing the same letter contain the same digit.
The three cages are to be read as three 2-digit numbers which add to 147 (a snooker "Maximum.")

Very nice break(-in)! Eliminating the possibilities for the letters and cage cells pretty much felt like potting one ball after another to build the "Maximum" ;-)
