Irregular killer sudoku puzzle pack

A couple of you have requested the next irregular pack to be killer sudoku, so here you go! :)
These are probably on the easy side, compared to the thermo and arrow ones, but I think there's some quite nice interactions in them. These are my first ever killer sudokus, btw.

RULES:
- Standard irregular sudoku rules apply. Fill each row, column and region with the digits 1-n, where n is the width of the grid.
- Killer cage rules apply: Digits in a cage sum to the number in the cage. Digits may not repeat in a cage.

Very nice puzzle pack, I especially enjoyed the logic in the 6x6 puzzle. Thank you!
Little side note, but what purpose do the cages without totals serve in the 5x5 and 6x6 puzzle?

The cages without totals are only there for aesthetic purposes, since I like symmetry. :P
