Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits on arrows sum to the digit in their circled cell. Digits MUST repeat on arrows if allowed by other rules. In other words, arrows which cross boxes have repeated digits ALWAYS.

Beautiful logic. Not sure how I was intended to solve that cluster of arrows near the bottom right, but I saw there was something going on and had to just work through every combination.

What a lovely puzzle! So smooth and enjoyable, but most importantly, it's full of surprises and delight. It's so wonderful when a puzzle makes you have little epiphany's as you solve it. Fantastic.
