Ambitious Arrows

This is my very first Sudoku I've ever created. After getting some good feedback on the CTC Discord I decided to publish it here as well. It shouldn't be too difficult, my estimate and also from two testers is 2 out of 5. Any feedback would be much appreciated, and please enjoy the puzzle!
Rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits within cages must sum to the small number shown in the upper left corner. Digits cannot repeat within cages. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle of the arrow. Digits cannot repeat among marked diagonals.

Removed NEU label due to me misunderstanding it in the first place.

The label/icon "NEU" is for new puzzle types or new rulesets. This puzzle has neither, so it is best to remove it.

Not that difficult, but it was enjoyable.
Side note: How did you enter the puzzle into CTC's software? Do you have to do it through their app, or does it work on their website too?
