Shikaku meets a loop

This is a Shikaku, but with a little bonus; you also have one (not two or more!) unclued loop.
The loop itself can touch the border, but never branches, crosses neither "touches" itself - including diagonal touch or occupying a 2x2 square, and of course never intersects with the squares/rectangles.

This is the actual puzzle.
Solution code: Number of shapes NOT touched by the loop, X, total area of shapes NOT touched by the loop, X, number of 90° turns made by the loop.
