Inspired by a puzzle type regularly featured in my local newpaper called "naughts and crosses".

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Arrow rules apply: the digits on an arrow sum to the number in the circle at the end of the arrow.

Odd/even rules apply: squares that must contain even digits are marked with a square. Circles (grey, filled) must contain odd digits.

In addition, no row or column may contain a run of 3 or more adjacent digits with the same parity (odd/even).
