Sudoku Variants Series (005) - Renban Sudoku
(Published on 31. December 2013, 12:00 by Richard)
For this Sudoku Variants Project I have planned to publish a different Sudoku variant every week at Tuesday noon. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.
Apply classic sudoku rules. Digits in grey areas form Renban groups. These groups contain consecutive digits, in any order.
Solution code: Row 6, followed by column 6.

@marcmees: the number (00.) implies more than 100 variants, and indeed, my list is already longer than that. :-)
