Sudoku Variants Series (022) - Identical Blocks
(Published on 29. April 2014, 00:00 by Richard)
For this Sudoku Variants Project I have planned to publish a different Sudoku variant every Tuesday. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.
Place the digits from 1 tot 9 in every row, column and 3x3-block. Three of the nine 3x3-blocks contain identical placed digits.
Solution code: Column 1, followed by column 3.

@JonaS2010: Thanks a lot! The good news is that there is much more to come! :-)

First I thought "identical placed" would include rotations and was surprised, how long it took me to show the contradictions in two of my cases in a onestarpuzzle.
However: I think the number of hints is really small :-).
