Simple but Effective

Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply, place the digits 1-6 in each row, column, and box.
Knights Move: digits a chess knights move away from each other must be different digits.
Cages: marked cages cannot contain the same digit.
Arrows: digits along the arrow add up to the value in the circle.
Even: digits on a grey square must be even.

Colours are your friend! You can colour everything without a single final digit!

41:49 during meeting. Tough to break into, but once broken in it solves pretty nice
